Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

- Expedited Shipping (US): 2–5 business days
- International Shipping: 10–21 business days depending on destination
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on US orders over $60.00.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Orders Ochre ships worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Delays & Lost Packages We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or circumstances outside our control. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Ochre is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address correction fees may apply.
