Isshiki Ichigo Matcha is a celebration of the present, inspired by the Japanese phrase ichi go ichi e, a reminder that every moment is one of a kind. With a lightly fruity profile and a smooth, uplifting finish, each release of Ichigo carries subtle shifts in character. No two tins are exactly alike.

Cultivar and taste
A first-harvest Okumidori blend from Uji, Japan: high sweetness, gentle umami, a pronounced aroma, and almost no bitterness. Enjoy it as a soothing warm preparation or a chilled drink, with or without a dash of your favorite milk.

How to prepare
Add 1.5g of matcha to 70ml of water at 170°F and whisk vigorously in a z pattern for 15 to 20 seconds. Keep refrigerated after opening and enjoy within 6 months.
