A Thousand Years of Tradition in Every Cup.

Bali Blue Moon is one of coffee's most storied and distinctive origins — named for the hallmark bluish hue the beans develop during the traditional wet-hulling process known as Giling Basah. Grown by small family farmers in the volcanic Kintamani Highlands of Central Bali at 1,200–1,600 meters, each producer cultivates just a few acres of coffee alongside citrus trees in the rich volcanic loam of Mount Agung's slopes.

These farmers are organized through the Subak Abian, a traditional Balinese farmer cooperative structure rooted in the philosophy of Tri Hita Karana — the harmonization of environment, humans, and God. This 1,000-year-old tradition means pesticides and synthetic fertilizers are never used. Cherries are hand-picked, carefully sorted, depulped, fermented overnight, washed, and then wet-hulled while still at high moisture — giving the beans their signature blue color and bold, complex character.
