Raspberry Leaf Tea

This tea is enjoyed by all, and it’s especially helpful for moms in the third trimester for promotion of overall health and added inflammatory action.*

First, we work with Red Raspberry Leaf which has been shown to lend itself to favorable labor conditions and birthing experiences. Ginger and Turmeric are added for their well-studied anti-inflammatory activity which may help with swelling in later pregnancy. Lemon balm is helpful in reducing irritability and insomnia, which are common during pregnancy. Rose hips contain large amounts of Vitamin C, contributing to better nutrition for both baby and mom. Lastly, we had Spearmint for its delicious flavor.

This tea is delicious enjoyed alone, or paired with our raw local honey!
